I've never had an experience like this anywhere in the world and even less after paying 5.000€ which we should be treated much better. Then, I agreed to leave a 5-10% tip and the waitress again got mad and aggressive at me and then made us be kicked out by some literal monkeys who grabbed us with bad manners and even punched a friend on the face out of nowhere, when we literally showed no resistance at all and I wasn't understanding the situation. First, I only give tips when the service has been amazing and they really deserved it, which wasn't the case after how they treated us, and secondly, this is Spain not he US, it is not compulsory to leave one. Then the VIP manager came and said we had to leave tip YES OR YES. In the end she agreed to divide the bill and then starting shouting at us and even insulting me in front of everyone and saying I insulted her. When we were about to pay the bill, which was 5.000€, the waitress decided she didn't want to let us divide the bill so she insisted in bad forms that we had to pay with only one card. As a usual costumer on table services around the world, this is by far the worst treatment I ever received in my life. Worst VIP experience I ever had anywhere in the world.
